Fanuc S-500iB

The 6‑axis Fanuc S‑500iB is designed for high-speed smooth move­ments. The refined move­ment of the S‑500iB R‑J3iB, a result of RV speed reduc­ers, is pow­ered by brush­less AC ser­vo motors. Cables are rout­ed through hol­low joints on the S‑500ib arm to reduce interference.

The Fanuc S‑500iB R‑J3iB has a slen­der arm design that increas­es access to parts and eas­es instal­la­tion. It can oper­ate in many envi­ron­ments rang­ing from harsh to the tra­di­tion­al fac­to­ry floor. The slen­der arm design improves robot repeata­bil­i­ty and no robot mod­i­fi­ca­tions are required for upright, invert­ed, or wall-mountings.
