Fanuc LR Mate 200iB/5WP

The Fanuc LR Mate 200iB/​5WP is capa­ble of a wide vari­ety of tasks in a broad range of indus­tri­al and com­mer­cial appli­ca­tions includ­ing machine tend­ing, part wash­ing and sand blast­ing. It was devel­oped to meet the strin­gent require­ments of the food indus­try and was the indus­try’s first super pro­tec­tion robot designed to be used in foundry, food pack­ag­ing, high-pres­sure wash­ing, and clean­ing and spray­ing appli­ca­tions. The LRMate 200iB-5WP RJ3iB fea­tures an enclosed rust-free con­struc­tion that can with­stand san­i­tiz­ers used in the food indus­try and pre­vent food contamination. 

Designed with no mois­ture reten­tion areas to resist bac­te­ria growth and rust, the Fanuc LR Mate 200iB/​5WP RJ-3iB Water­proof robot fea­tures high-pres­sure noz­zle and food-grade grease and USDA-cer­ti­fi­able parts. The 200iB 5WP is capa­ble of work­ing with pri­ma­ry (unpack­aged) and sec­ondary (pack­aged) food prod­ucts. High-speed oper­a­tion, cou­pled with flex­i­bil­i­ty allows the robot to quick­ly access all areas of the part, even those typ­i­cal­ly hard to reach. 

The LR Mate 200iB/​5WP is the indus­try’s first super pro­tec­tion robot designed to be used in foundry, food pack­ag­ing, high-pres­sure wash­ing and clean­ing and spray­ing applications.
