Fanuc S-430i

Engi­neered for max­i­mum per­for­mance, the Fanuc S‑430i fea­tures six-axes for flex­i­ble automa­tion. The S‑430 RJ3 is elec­tro ser­vo-dri­ven for high-speed and the abil­i­ty to han­dle heavy payloads.

The S‑430i robot has a work enve­lope that allows pro­cess­ing of large fab­ri­ca­tions and high motion speeds to reduce time between welds. Exten­sion arm, heavy pay­load wrist, wedge pedestal, reduc­tion ratio and bal­ancer mod­ules allow sim­ple robot con­ver­sion to sin­gle point weld, rack mount, long arm or heavy duty types. The wrist axis torque and iner­tia allows rat­ed motion speed with large guns/​tools. There is also a com­pact arm option for close spac­ing of units.
