Motoman DA9IC

The Motoman DA9IC is a unique dual-arm robot that fea­tures coor­di­nat­ed and inde­pen­dent con­trol of up to 11 axes of motion (12 axes with option­al lin­ear track). Its com­pact size, wide work­ing enve­lope, and inter­nal­ly rout­ed elec­tri­cal and pneu­mat­ic lines make the DA9IC NX100 robot ide­al­ly suit­ed to per­form mul­ti­ple process­es with small work pieces.

With work­ing envelopes on both sides of the lin­ear track, the Motoman DA9IC pro­vides extreme flex­i­bil­i­ty for sys­tem lay­out. Work envelopes can be adjust­ed by chang­ing the length of the option­al lin­ear track. Mul­ti­ple DA9IC NX100 robots can be installed on one track.

Both the new and used Motoman DA9IC NX100 fea­ture unmatched dual-arm capa­bil­i­ty that is specif­i­cal­ly designed for mul­ti­ple-process appli­ca­tions. It has a min­i­mal foot­print with a ​“dou­ble” enve­lope. The inte­grat­ed micro minia­ture PC-based con­troller used the same pro­gram­ming lan­guage as all NX100 series robots.
