Motoman EPX2700

The abil­i­ty to be mount­ed on the floors, wall, or ceil­ing allows Motoman’s EPX2700 robot to work effec­tive­ly in the auto­mo­tive indus­try paint­ing and coat­ing mate­ri­als. A ver­ti­cal reach of 5,147 mm and a hor­i­zon­tal reach of 2,700 mm pro­vide a large work enve­lope ide­al­ly suit­ed for the auto­mo­tive indus­try and paint­ing appli­ca­tions. Repeata­bil­i­ty of 0.15 mm is main­tained even for far away parts, ensur­ing that the cor­rect part is painted. 

The Motoman EPX2700 NX100 robot fea­tures a hol­low wrist with an inside diam­e­ter of 70 mm made for paint­ing inte­ri­or and exte­ri­or parts, as well as oth­er con­toured mate­ri­als. This robot can be used in haz­ardous envi­ron­ments, as it has been Class 1, Divi­sion 1 approved by Fac­to­ry Mutu­al. The EPX2700 NX100 robot also fea­tures a 15 kg pay­load capac­i­ty, per­fect for paint­ing and coat­ing applications.
