Motoman EPX2800R

Motoman’s EPX2800R robot is a shelf-mount­ed robot that offers many of the same advan­tages as oth­er Motoman paint­ing robots. The robot is still designed with six axes, but an option­al sev­enth axis can be added for rail-mount­ing. A longer reach of 2,825 mm also dif­fer­en­ti­ates this robot from oth­ers in Motoman’s EPX series. The Motoman EPX2800R NX100 robot­’s 15 kg max­i­mum pay­load capac­i­ty, 2.0 m/​s max­i­mum speed, and shelf-mount style make coat­ing and dis­pens­ing appli­ca­tions easy and efficient.

The new and used EPX2800R NX100 robot is con­trolled by the NX100-FM con­troller. This con­troller fea­tures dual emer­gency stop push­but­tons and a man­u­al brake release for safe­ty. It also comes out­fit­ted with an explo­sion-proof teach pen­dant and soft­ware specif­i­cal­ly designed for paint applications.
