Motoman MS100 II

The MS100 II is a floor-mount­ed, heavy duty welder with a 100 kg (110 kg with­out spot har­ness) a 2,236 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach, 3,751 mm ver­ti­cal reach, and ±0.07 mm repeatability. 

This robot is guar­an­teed to sat­is­fy with its high-speeds, reduced pro­file, and proven inte­grat­ed pow­er and util­i­ty cable har­ness that ensures a reduced life cycle cost and increased cable life. The ser­vo gun cables and air and water lines are rout­ed through the upper arm and base of the robot to help expand the life of the cables, increase safe­ty, and decrease the amount of time it takes to teach. 

The afore­men­tioned slim pro­file make it per­fect for high den­si­ty spac­ing and an easy inte­gra­tion into Spot­World work­cell. The MS100 II has an expand­ed wrist motion range that improves appli­ca­tion flex­i­bil­i­ty and helps to get rid of interference. 

The ben­e­fits don’t stop there, there is up to 70% less pow­er con­sump­tion dur­ing active peri­ods when com­pared to pre­vi­ous mod­els. Also, the MS100 II is 30% faster than tra­di­tion­al size spot weld­ing robots. There is a dig­i­tal inter­face to help pro­vide sim­ple wiring to spot timers and enables weld pro­gram­ming from the robot pen­dant. The MS100 II also has mul­ti­ple func­tions to help to make the most out of the ser­vo gun con­trol: work thick­ness detec­tion, mul­ti-step pres­sure file, tip wear com­pen­sa­tion, etc.
