Motoman SV3CR

The six-axis Motoman SV3CR robot is designed for use in a Class 1 clean­room envi­ron­ment and is suit­able for wafer han­dling and inter­bay appli­ca­tions. The Motoman SV3CR can also be used for wafer cas­sette han­dling, disk sub­strate, media han­dling, and flat pan­el dis­play appli­ca­tions. The Motoman SV3CR robot reduces par­ti­cle con­t­a­m­i­na­tion, thus improv­ing yields, and can be inte­grat­ed with a vision or laser sens­ing pack­age for wafer map­ping functions.
