Mark your cal­en­dars! The first-ever Nation­al Robot­ics Week takes place April 10 – 18 and it’s not some­thing you want to miss!

The goal of Nation­al Robot­ics Week is to edu­cate and excite the gen­er­al pub­lic about the cur­rent and future impact of robot­ics. A host of muse­ums, orga­ni­za­tions, and busi­ness­es are cel­e­brat­ing with robot-relat­ed events, open hous­es, and com­pe­ti­tions. The old­est robot­ics com­pe­ti­tion, the Nation­al Robot­ics Chal­lenge (NRC), is one of the events being held dur­ing this week. The NRC takes place April 15 – 17 in Mar­i­on, Ohio, just down the street from the Robots​.com facility.

Nation­al Robot­ics Week was cre­at­ed by an Advi­so­ry Coun­cil made up of promi­nent com­pa­nies, edu­ca­tion­al insti­tu­tions, and orga­ni­za­tions, includ­ing iRo­bot Corp, Adept Tech­nolo­gies, FIRST, MIT, RIA, and many others.
