Fanuc LR Mate 100i

The Fanuc LR Mate 100i indus­tri­al robot is engi­neered for max­i­mum reli­a­bil­i­ty in a vari­ety of harsh plant or edu­ca­tion­al envi­ron­ments. It is a five-axis, mod­u­lar con­struc­tion, elec­tric ser­vo-dri­ven robot designed for pre­ci­sion machine load­ing and unload­ing, weld­ing, and mate­r­i­al han­dling. The Fanuc LR Mate 100i is also avail­able in High Speed and Clean­room versions. 

The LR Mate 100i has mul­ti­ple mount­ing posi­tions and table­top size increase instal­la­tion flex­i­bil­i­ty. Its hol­low joint con­struc­tion enclos­es all cable rout­ing to elim­i­nate snag­ging. There is no mod­i­fi­ca­tion need­ed for upright or invert­ed mounting.

It also has a small foot­print for tight instal­la­tions on machine tools. It can ​“dou­ble-back” on itself for increased access. The Fanuc LR Mate 100i also has brush­less AC ser­vo motors min­i­mize motor main­te­nance, sealed bear­ings and dri­ves allow oper­a­tion in harsh fac­to­ry environments.
