Fanuc LR Mate 200iD/7L

The Fanuc LR Mate 200iD/​7L is the long reach ver­sion in the LR Mate 200iD series dis­play­ing a reach of 911 mm. Just like the stan­dard LR 200iD, this long reach ver­sion is a high motion per­for­mance robot with a wide work enve­lope and is great for a wide vari­ety of appli­ca­tions, such as mate­r­i­al han­dling, pol­ish­ing, pick and place, or assem­bly. This com­pact, mul­ti-pur­pose robot is also very fast at han­dling small pay­loads up to 7 kg. The 200iD/​7L has an enhanced wrist load capac­i­ty for great effi­cien­cy and abil­i­ty to han­dle mul­ti­ple workpieces. 

Fur­ther­more, it is the light­est mechan­i­cal unit in its class, enabling very sim­ple mount­ing (with a vari­ety of dif­fer­ent options) and instal­la­tion flex­i­bil­i­ty. The LRMate 200iD/​7L R30iB has a slim arm inte­grat­ed with hand cabling and pip­ing allow­ing it to fit in small spaces. It also has some of the most advanced ser­vo tech­nol­o­gy and a very rigid arm to fur­ther pro­duce smooth oper­a­tions with min­i­mal vibrations. 

As is the case with all LR Mate robots, there are a wide vari­ety of options avail­able such as inte­grat­ed intel­li­gent func­tion­al­i­ty, spe­cial appli­ca­tion pack­ages, and stan­dard IP67 protection.

The LRMate 200iD 7L can be paired with the R‑30iB con­troller, R‑30iB open air cab­i­net, R‑30iB Mate cab­i­net, or the R‑30iB iPen­dant touch and is an excel­lent addi­tion to the work­place if you are look­ing to advance your production.
