M-410 Information

FANUC Robotics designed the M-410 specifically for palletizing applications that require high-speeds and greater performance.  With 4 axes of motion and a hefty payload, this robot increases productivity by offering fast cycle times and a large work envelope.  Maximum flexibility is achieved through a small footprint design and the palletizing software allows for easy program creation and editing.  

The FANUC M-410 Palletizing Robot features linear motion speeds up to 4200 mm/sec and dedicated pneumatic and electrical (8 digital inputs/8 digital outputs) connections at the wrist to simplify user's end-of-arm tooling design and integration.  The high reliability of the used FANUC M-410 is enhanced through a design that includes an integrated mechanical and electrical control unit to eliminate cabling and connections.  Collision issues are virtually eliminated through the vertically articulated design.  With three payload ranges for greater versatility, the used M 410 is available in Standard (60kg), Heavy Duty (100kg), and Extra Heavy Duty (155kg) models.  

At RobotWorx, we offer brand new or used FANUC M-410 models.  The used M-10 FANUC robot option is available for a reduced price; it comes with the RobotWorx Value Package and undergoes an intense refurbishing process.

Whether you decide on the new or used FANUC M-410, both will use the RJ2 or RJ3 controller, resulting in easy installation, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Additionally, advanced TurboMove motion control can be added to increase throughput and provides a smooth motion path.
