ABB IRB 580

The ABB IRB 580 is engi­neered to meet your fast and exact paint­ing require­ments. It is devised to increase pro­duc­tiv­i­ty solu­tions. The ABB IRB 580 IRC5P is high­ly pre­cise and efficient.

The ABB IRB comes pre-con­fig­ured, ready to install with its inte­grat­ed paint process equip­ment and inter­face for PLC’s. Ener­gy con­sump­tion is 50 – 70% of oth­er robot sys­tems, achieved by well-bal­anced robot arms and an opti­mized dri­ve-train design. Motor and dri­ves are the same mod­ern type as in the IRB 5400 IRC5P. The ABB Hol­low Wrist can rotate 140 degrees in any direc­tion. The IRB 580 is ide­al for address­ing your require­ments for a com­pact, fast and accu­rate robot.
