Fanuc S-420i

The Fanuc S‑420i line of robots is engi­neered for max­i­mum per­for­mance and reli­a­bil­i­ty in the auto­mo­tive body shop.

The Fanuc S‑420i RJ3 fea­tures an elec­tric ser­vo-dri­ven design for high speed and heavy pay­load processes.

The large work enve­lope allows pro­cess­ing of large fab­ri­ca­tions. The com­bined mechan­i­cal unit and robot con­troller reduces floor space, point-to-point wiring, and instal­la­tion costs. High motion speeds reduce time between welds.

The S‑420i RJ3 fea­tures a flex­i­ble and expand­able I/O sys­tem inter­nal to the con­troller. The Fanuc S‑420i mechan­i­cal con­struc­tion also pro­vides pre­cise posi­tion­ing and high motion speed. Sealed bear­ings and dri­ves pro­vide pro­tec­tion and improve reliability.
