Motoman CR3

The Motoman CR3 Clean Robot is a six-axis, ver­ti­cal­ly-artic­u­lat­ed robot made for clean­room appli­ca­tions. The used Motoman CR3 is also avail­able at Robots​.com. Robots​.com experts work hard and metic­u­lous­ly refur­bish all of their robots and bring them back to like-new condition. 

The new and used CR3 is Class 1 approved for the high­est clean envi­ron­men­tal con­di­tions, accord­ing to Fed­er­al stan­dards. It has a wide free­dom of move­ment for han­dling work. With 6 degrees of free­dom, this robot is able to han­dle work­pieces in sit­u­a­tions where 2- or 3- axis hor­i­zon­tal type robots would have difficulty.

The Motoman CR3 is built to han­dle a vari­ety of han­dling appli­ca­tions in a clean envi­ron­ment. Nine cables for tool oper­a­tion and three air lines (two for air sup­ply and one for exhaust) run up to the wrist and are built-in to elim­i­nate dust. Two inter­nal sole­noid valves also serve for tool operation.

The MOTOMAN CR3 has a high degree of free­dom for han­dling wafer cas­settes, hard disk cas­settes, and small LCDs. The CR3 can use the JRC, MRC, or the XRC controllers.
