Motoman EPX2800

With a max­i­mum speed of 2 m/​s and max­i­mum motion range as high as +/-360 degrees, the Motoman EPX2800 coat­ing robot pro­vides a fast and effi­cient solu­tion to coat­ing and dis­pens­ing appli­ca­tions in the auto­mo­tive and oth­er man­u­fac­tur­ing indus­tries. The EPX2800 NX100 robot­’s speed and reach of 2,779 mm allow it to coat far away parts in a short time. The robot coats the right part every time with 0.5 mm repeatability.

The used Motoman EPX2800 is also avail­able through Robots​.com. All used Motoman EPX2800 have under­gone a metic­u­lous refur­bish­ment process, bring­ing them back to like new condition. 

The Motoman EPX2800 NX100 robot­’s cables and hoses are run through the hol­low wrist to avoid hin­der­ing per­for­mance and to increase reach and abil­i­ty to coat hard to reach areas. Although the wrist is hol­low, it can sup­port pay­loads up to 20 kg.
