Motoman ES200N

The high-speed Motoman ES200N ​“Expert Spot” robot is specif­i­cal­ly designed to deliv­er unmatched per­for­mance and reli­a­bil­i­ty in spot weld­ing appli­ca­tions. To increase cable life, enhance safe­ty, and reduce teach­ing time, the ser­vo gun cables and air and water lines are rout­ed through the robot­’s base and upper arm to the ES200N’s wrist. The ES200N robot­’s com­pact, slim design allows it to reduce cycle time and reach into con­fined spaces, thus improv­ing sys­tem productivity.

The Motoman ES200 NX100 fea­tures a 2,651 mm reach. The work enve­lope extends behind the body, allow­ing tools to be placed at the back and pro­vid­ing easy access to weld guns for maintenance.

The ES200 N’s process-spe­cif­ic design, togeth­er with Motoman’s patent­ed mul­ti­ple robot con­troller, ensures max­i­mum pro­duc­tiv­i­ty in spot weld­ing appli­ca­tions. The stan­dard ES200N NX100 is floor-mounted.
