Motoman HP20D-A80

The Motoman HP20D-A80 robot is designed for high accu­ra­cy robot­ic cut­ting and dis­pens­ing appli­ca­tions. The HP20D-A80 fea­tures a 20 kg pay­load, 1,717 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach and +/-0.06 repeata­bil­i­ty. The Motoman HP-20D-A80 robot includes col­li­sion avoid­ance and is equipped with the DX100 controller. 

The high pre­ci­sion cut­ting avail­able with the Motoman HP-20D-A80 is made pos­si­ble by using Form­cut soft­ware, which will cre­ate a shaped path, depend­ing on the geo­met­ric spec­i­fi­ca­tions pro­grammed in by the user. The con­trol tech­nol­o­gy allows it to cre­ate these sleek cuts with lit­tle to no vibra­tion or error.
