The floor mount­ed MH110 is a high pay­load and high moment and iner­tia rat­ings robot. It can han­dler larg­er and heav­ier pay­loads, up to 110 kg, and has a great reach at 2,236 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach and 3,751 mm ver­ti­cal reach. The MH110 is a pow­er­ful six-axis robot that has fast motion speeds to help reduce cycle times and high-rigid­i­ty speed reducers. 

There is a slim wrist pro­file that allows the robot to be mount­ed clos­er to machines. The stream­lined upper arm helps to reduce inter­fer­ence with a radius of only 491 mm, keep­ing the valu­able floor space avail­able. In addi­tion, the cables and air­lines are rout­ed through the base to the upper arm, which ulti­mate­ly helps to increase safe­ty and cable life, and decrease teach­ing time. 

Com­pared to old­er mod­els, the MH110’s ener­gy con­sump­tion decreas­es by up to 70% less dur­ing motion and 25% sav­ings dur­ing idle peri­ods. The MH110 will be paired with the DX200 controller.
