Motoman MH165-100

The ver­sa­tile MH165-100 robot is fast, flex­i­ble, and pow­er­ful as it can tack­le heavy pay­loads of up to 100 kg. It is a six-axis, floor mount­ed robot that has a large work enve­lope because of its reach­es of 4,091 mm ver­ti­cal, and 3,010 mm hor­i­zon­tal. The axi­al speeds are fast, help­ing to reduce cycle times and increase the over­all out­put of pro­duc­tion. Over­all, the robot is slim which helps it reach into tight spaces, when necessary. 

The MH165-100 is paired with the pow­er­ful DX100 con­troller that offers fast eth­er­net com­munca­tions and can elim­i­nate need for cost­ly PLCs or HMIs. This con­troller has a mul­ti­ple robot con­trol that sup­ports up to 8 robots/​72 axes.
