The MH180-120 is a six-axis, high speed, low pro­file, ver­sa­tile robot that can be used for a vari­ety of appli­ca­tions. It has a large 120 kg pay­load, a wrist rat­ing of IP67, and a body rat­ing of IP54; all of which make it ide­al for han­dling large and heavy parts. The extend­ed reach (3,058 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach and 4,105 mm ver­ti­cal reach) can help reduce the need for an exter­nal track, which will sim­pli­fy pro­gram­ming and decrease your sys­tem cost. The counter bal­ance has been removed from the base of the MH180-120, which gives it high­er accel­er­a­tions, decel­er­a­tions, and speeds. 

It will reduce your cycle times with its slim wrist pro­file that enables reach into con­fined spaces and makes it per­fect for high den­si­ty spac­ing. Valu­able floor space was in mind when design­ing the MH180-120; this is seen with the mount­ing sur­face that takes up very min­i­mal space (44% reduc­tion) and the small inter­fer­ence radius of 515 mm. 

The MH180-120 also has a 70% decrease in pow­er con­sump­tion, pro­tect­ed cables that are rout­ed through the base to the arm, and is pre-wired for a ser­vo grip­per to increase ver­sa­til­i­ty. This robot is paired with the DX200 controller.
