Motoman MH6

The Motoman MH6 is a high speed robot arm that needs min­i­mal instal­la­tion space. A vari­ety of appli­ca­tions can eas­i­ly be han­dled by this six-axis robot arm that offers excep­tion­al repeata­bil­i­ty. There are two ver­sions of the MH6 avail­able. Both arms have a 6 kg pay­load and can be pro­grammed through the Motoman DX100 controller.

Two per­for­mance-enhanc­ing fea­tures of the MH6 DX100 are the wide work enve­lope and built-in col­li­sion avoid­ance. This com­pact arm can be placed to the work­pieces due to the small inter­fer­ence radius. The DX100 con­troller allows for con­trol of up to 8 robots or 72 axes. A col­or screen Win­dows CE pen­dant makes pro­gram­ming fast and easy. Fast pro­cess­ing speeds allow for smooth motions and max­i­mum pro­duc­tiv­i­ty. The Motoman MH6 can also be paired with the DXM100 controller.
