Motoman MPK2

The Motoman MPK2 robot per­forms appli­ca­tions such as food han­dling, pick­ing, and pack­ing with high speeds and pre­cise move­ments. The com­pact Motoman MPK2 DXM100 is ide­al for these appli­ca­tions. The work area on this arm is gen­er­ous and the pay­load capac­i­ty is increased to 4 kg when the T‑axis is used in a wrist down position. 

There are also used Motoman MPK2 robots avail­able. All used MPK2 robots have under­gone an intense refur­bish­ment process, bring­ing them back to like-new condition. 

The MPK2 is a wash­down ready robot, suit­able for food and oth­er appli­ca­tions requir­ing a clean envi­ron­ment. It is built with NSF-H1 cer­ti­fied grease for food appli­ca­tions. A hol­low wrist and through-arm cabling reduces inter­fer­ence and maintenance.

The com­pact MPK2 DXM100 robot fea­tures very fast axi­al speeds and accel­er­a­tion times. It has a top wrist speed of 2,000 degrees per sec­ond. The com­pact DXM100 con­troller can be installed in tight spaces. It has the abil­i­ty to con­trol up to 8 robots and offers an exten­sive I/O suite that includes inte­gral PLC and touch screen HMI.
