The Motoman MPL500 II is the per­fect fit for your heavy pay­load, pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tion line. The MPL500 II is a 4 axis, fast robot that brings a very reli­able high per­for­mance-dri­ven design. It has a hol­low wrist to help pro­vide a wide range of wrist motion with­out any inter­fer­ence, T‑axis that fea­tures high allow­able moment of iner­tia to help eas­i­ly han­dle unbal­anced loads incred­i­bly effec­tive­ly, and cables and air­lines that are inter­nal­ly rout­ed to offer a longer cable life. 

The Motoman MPL500 II can tru­ly build trail­er-high loads on stan­dard pal­lets with its exten­sive 3,024 mm ver­ti­cal reach, 3,159 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach, and 500 kg pay­load capac­i­ty. It is avail­able with Pal­let­Solver™ soft­ware for easy cre­ation and import of your cus­tomized pal­let pat­terns.
