Motoman MPL800 II

Reli­a­bil­i­ty, fast speeds, and high per­for­mances are just a few of the amaz­ing char­ac­ter­is­tics of the MPL800 II robot. It is a 4‑axis robot, per­fect for pal­letiz­ing or order pick­ing with its per­for­mance-dri­ven design that eas­i­ly han­dles unbal­anced loads as it as a high allow­able moment of inertia.

The MPL800 II has an exten­sive 3,024 mm ver­ti­cal reach and a 3,159 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach that gives this robot the abil­i­ty to build a 102 in. high load on stan­dard 48 in. x 40 in. pal­lets. Addi­tion­al­ly, the MPL800 II has a hol­low wrist in order to allow for a wide range of wrist motion with­out any inter­fer­ence. This hol­low wrist also allows air­lines and cables to be rout­ed through it from the base to the EOAT, help­ing enhance safe­ty and cable life. 

The MPL800 II is paired with the DX200 controller.
