Motoman PX1450

Motoman’s high-speed PX1450 robot is avail­able with either a three-roll or Lem­ma-style wrist, pro­vid­ing ver­sa­til­i­ty and a smooth, supe­ri­or per­for­mance in stan­dard indus­tri­al and auto­mo­tive coat­ing applications.

The three-roll wrist design is ide­al for paint­ing con­toured parts such as car bod­ies and interior/​exterior sur­faces. The Lem­ma wrist is well-suit­ed for paint­ing hor­i­zon­tal and ver­ti­cal planes.

The used Motoman PX1450 is also avail­able at Robots​.com. All refur­bished robots go through an intense recon­di­tion­ing process so they are up and run­ning like-new! 

The six axis new and used PX1450 can be mount­ed on the floor, wall, or ceil­ing for max­i­mum flex­i­bil­i­ty. It is FM approved for Class 1, Divi­sion 1 use in haz­ardous environments.

The new and used Motoman PX1450 fea­tures the XRC 2001-FM con­troller for fast pro­cess­ing and easy pro­gram­ming. This spe­cial­ized con­troller coor­di­nates the robot arm with coat­ing appli­ca­tion devis­es to reduce over­spray and paint waste. 

The PX1450 can use either the DX100 or XRC robot con­troller. A stan­dard teach pen­dant is used for non-explo­sive paint­ing envi­ron­ments, while the intrin­si­cal­ly safe pen­dant is avail­able for use in haz­ardous conditions.
