Motoman NX100 Controller

The rev­o­lu­tion­ary NX100 con­troller has been award­ed Best-in-Class for path plan­ning and a unique cross-shaped nav­i­ga­tion cur­sor, both of which help to decrease teach­ing time. This con­troller can eas­i­ly tack­le a vari­ety of tasks, and up to four robots (36 axes, includ­ing robots and exter­nal axes), and I/O devices. In order to pro­duce the high­est lev­el of per­for­mance, path accu­ra­cy, and vibra­tion con­trol, Advanced Robot Motion (ARM) con­trol is also includ­ed. Remote mount­ing of the con­trol cab­i­net is also an option as most all of the oper­a­tor con­trols locat­ed on the pendant. 

Some oth­er fea­tures include a Win­dows CE pro­gram­ming pen­dant with full-col­or touch screen, high-speed pro­cess­ing, unmatched mem­o­ry (60,000 steps, 10,000 instruc­tions), built-in Eth­er­net, a robust PC archi­tec­ture, and four lev­els of pass­word pro­tec­tion for up to 100 indi­vid­ual users. Addi­tion­al­ly, there is a con­ve­nient com­pact flash slot to make mem­o­ry back-ups easy and an option­al on-line trou­bleshoot­ing guide avail­able on the pen­dant to help with maintenance.
