The high-speed Motoman ES200N "Expert Spot" robot is specifically designed to deliver unmatched performance and reliability in spot welding applications. To increase cable life, enhance safety, and reduce teaching time, the servo gun cables and air and water lines are routed through the robot's base and upper arm to the ES 200N's wrist. The ES-200N robot's compact, slim design allows it to reduce cycle time and reach into confined spaces, thus improving system productivity.

The Motoman ES200 NX100 features a 2,651 mm reach. The work envelope extends behind the body, allowing tools to be placed at the back and providing easy access to weld guns for maintenance.

The ES200 N's process-specific design, together with Motoman's patented multiple robot controller, ensures maximum productivity in spot welding applications.   The standard ES 200 N NX100 is floor-mounted.

If you would like to cut production costs even further then consider a used Motoman ES200N robot. The used ES200N robot will be up and running like-new condition after the meticulous reconditioning process that experts put it through.
