Building a work cell with refurbished robots

You need to look at the pro­duc­tion process as it is per­formed by hand, and then trans­late that into how it will be per­formed by a robot. If you can suc­cess­ful­ly do that (even if it means com­plete­ly flip­ping the assem­bly line around), you will gain more speed advan­tages from your system.
