Lincoln Electric eCell LR

For fab­ri­ca­tion shops inter­est­ed in enhanc­ing weld­ing pro­duc­tiv­i­ty, the eCell robot­ic cell is the per­fect solu­tion. The eCell LR pre-engi­neered robot­ic weld­ing cell is com­prised of a fixed table, dual work zone unit. It is ide­al for small to medi­um-sized parts that do not require positioning. 

The cell’s lay­out is designed for use of the Fanuc​’s ARC Mate 50iC/​5L work enve­lope. This robot’s arm pro­duces an excep­tion­al reach/​stroke ratio and high axis speeds for both sim­ple and com­plex arc weld­ing appli­ca­tions of all sizes and con­fig­u­ra­tions. Fanuc’s Arc­Tool soft­ware and R30iA con­troller pro­vide a reli­able performance.

The unit includes a Fanuc ARC­Mate 50iC/​5L robot. This six-axis robot guar­an­tees high speed for max­i­mum flex­i­bil­i­ty. Cou­pled with the Lin­coln Elec­tric Pow­er Wave i400 and Auto­Drive 4R100 Robot­ic Weld­ing Sys­tem, the cell is reli­able with a user-friend­ly design.

The eCell can save valu­able floor space due to its small floor foot­print and new ver­ti­cal-lift work zone access doors, mak­ing instal­la­tion of mul­ti­ple cells in close prox­im­i­ty to each oth­er fea­si­ble. The com­pact size is opti­mal for train­ing and school environments.

The pre-engi­neered sys­tem offers a flex­i­ble automa­tion lay­out that deliv­ers con­sis­tent pro­duc­tion for small part lots or high pro­duc­tion vol­umes. The lat­est Pow­er­Wave tech­nol­o­gy ensures pre­mi­um short arc and spray, MIG pulse weld­ing, or flux-cored arc weld­ing. It can be used to weld a vari­ety of mate­ri­als, includ­ing steel, stain­less steel, and aluminum. 

The eCell is com­plete­ly assem­bled when it is shipped, so it is ready for imme­di­ate instal­la­tion and production.
