Lincoln Electric eCell LR
When it comes to selecting the perfect workcell, look no further than the Lincoln Electric eCell LR. This workcell has the perfect layout to work with Fanuc's ARC Mate 50iC/5L, providing an exceptional reach/stroke ratio and high axis speeds. The Lincoln Electric eCell LR can complete simple and complex arc welding tasks.

For fabrication shops interested in enhancing welding productivity, the eCell robotic cell is the perfect solution. The eCell LR pre-engineered robotic welding cell is comprised of a fixed table, dual work zone unit. It is ideal for small to medium-sized parts that do not require positioning.
The cell’s layout is designed for use of the Fanuc’s ARC Mate 50iC/5L work envelope. This robot’s arm produces an exceptional reach/stroke ratio and high axis speeds for both simple and complex arc welding applications of all sizes and configurations. Fanuc’s ArcTool software and R30iA controller provide a reliable performance.
The unit includes a Fanuc ARCMate 50iC/5L robot. This six-axis robot guarantees high speed for maximum flexibility. Coupled with the Lincoln Electric Power Wave i400 and AutoDrive 4R100 Robotic Welding System, the cell is reliable with a user-friendly design.
The eCell can save valuable floor space due to its small floor footprint and new vertical-lift work zone access doors, making installation of multiple cells in close proximity to each other feasible. The compact size is optimal for training and school environments.
The pre-engineered system offers a flexible automation layout that delivers consistent production for small part lots or high production volumes. The latest PowerWave technology ensures premium short arc and spray, MIG pulse welding, or flux-cored arc welding. It can be used to weld a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
The eCell is completely assembled when it is shipped, so it is ready for immediate installation and production.
