The flexible FANUC ARC Mate 120iL is a six-axis, electric servo-driven robot capable of precise high-speed welding and cutting. Accuracy and performance are designed into the ARC Mate 120iL welding and cutting robot to keep quality consistency.

The Arc Mate 120iL arc welding robot is designed with integral utilities including gas/air lines and a wire feed motor cable. This design improves reliability, reduces setup time and eliminates external cabling requirements. Compatible with all major brands of welding equipment, the FANUC Arc Mate 120 iL interfaces with most types of servo driven or indexing positioners. The ARC Mate 120iL operates with either theRJ2 or RJ3 FANUC controller.

There are also a wide range of reconditioned robots available, such as the used ARC Mate 120iL. All refurbished FANUC ARC Mate 120iL robots go through a meticulous reconditioning process and come with the RobotWorx Value Package.

Both the new and used ARC Mate 120iL feature sealed bearings and drives to provide protection and improve reliability, integrated controller which reduces footprint and eliminates exposed connection cables, cable routing through the center of axis rotation to improve reliability.
