The new or used IRB 6650 is rigid and pro­duces pow­er­ful accel­er­a­tion mak­ing it a mar­ket leader for pow­er” robots. The ABB IRB 6650 S4C is equipped with dif­fer­ent arm lengths and match­ing han­dling capac­i­ties in sev­er­al robot ver­sions. The ABB IRB 6650 is reli­able with high pro­duc­tion uptime. This robot­’s Ser­vice Infor­ma­tion Sys­tem observes the motion and load of the machine and improves ser­vice require­ments by itself. The elec­tric motor, artic­u­lat­ed ABB IRB 6650 are ide­al for use in cal­lous pro­duc­tion environments.

The IRB 6650 S4C robot has upper arm exten­ders and dif­fer­ent wrist mod­ules with the high­est avail­able iner­tia and torque to allow opti­mized cus­tomiza­tion to each process. The robot can bend ful­ly back­wards, mak­ing an extend­ed work­ing range and allow­ing the robot to fit well into dense pro­duc­tion lines.

The IRB 6650 – 125 option has a 3200 mm reach and 125 kg pay­load. The IRB 6650 – 200 option has a 2750 mm reach and 200 kg payload.
