Fanuc ARC Mate 120iL

The flex­i­ble Fanuc ARC Mate 120iL is a six-axis, elec­tric ser­vo-dri­ven robot capa­ble of pre­cise high-speed weld­ing and cut­ting. Accu­ra­cy and per­for­mance are designed into the ARC Mate 120iL weld­ing and cut­ting robot to keep qual­i­ty consistency.

The ARC Mate 120iL arc weld­ing robot is designed with inte­gral util­i­ties includ­ing gas/​air lines and a wire feed motor cable. This design improves reli­a­bil­i­ty, reduces set­up time and elim­i­nates exter­nal cabling require­ments. Com­pat­i­ble with all major brands of weld­ing equip­ment, the Fanuc ARC Mate 120 iL inter­faces with most types of ser­vo dri­ven or index­ing posi­tion­ers. The ARC Mate 120iL oper­ates with either theRJ2 or RJ3 Fanuc controller.

There are also a wide range of recon­di­tioned robots avail­able, such as the used ARC Mate 120iL. All refur­bished Fanuc ARC Mate 120iL robots go through a metic­u­lous recon­di­tion­ing process.

Both the new and used ARC Mate 120iL fea­ture sealed bear­ings and dri­ves to pro­vide pro­tec­tion and improve reli­a­bil­i­ty, inte­grat­ed con­troller which reduces foot­print and elim­i­nates exposed con­nec­tion cables, cable rout­ing through the cen­ter of axis rota­tion to improve reliability.
