Fanuc M-6iB/2HS

The Fanuc M‑6iB/​2HS comes from the lat­est-gen­er­a­tion fam­i­ly of small robots that has 6 degrees of free­dom, +/-0.08 mm repeata­bil­i­ty, and a 2 kg pay­load. There are a vari­ety of fea­tures on this robot that make it capa­ble of tack­ling any appli­ca­tion that requires dex­ter­i­ty, reli­a­bil­i­ty, and high speeds. It is per­fect for com­plet­ing machine tend­ing, mate­r­i­al han­dling, assem­bly, pick­ing and pack­ing, mate­r­i­al removal, clean­room oper­a­tions, test­ing and sam­pling, and dis­pens­ing.

The M‑6iB/​2HS is a high speed vari­ant, with greater through­put, of the M‑6iB series, yet it main­tains the same com­pact size, slim wrist, and small foot­print in the series. Because the Fanuc M6iB/​2HS has a lighter pay­load, its speeds are much faster, as it can be used for rapid pick and place operations. 

Also, the small foot­print, abil­i­ty to flip over back­wards, and ver­sa­tile mount­ing options make this robot very ver­sa­tile for many dif­fer­ent appli­ca­tions and spaces. Main­te­nance should also be quick and easy as there are grease fit­tings on all lubri­ca­tion points, sealed bear­ings, and brush­less AC motors.
