Fanuc M-710iT

The new and used Fanuc M‑710iT is a mem­ber of the Toploader fam­i­ly. These over­head, rail-mount­ed robots allow for increased flex­i­bil­i­ty in plant con­fig­u­ra­tion while free­ing up valu­able floor­space. The M‑710iT robot is aimed at the mar­ket for medi­um to heavy mate­r­i­al han­dling chal­lenges, with a 70 kg pay­load capac­i­ty and a reach of 1,900 mm.

The M710iT robot is tar­get­ed at larg­er met­al cut­ting appli­ca­tions such as pow­er­train machin­ing oper­a­tions, tend­ing of larg­er plas­tic injec­tion mold­ing machines and die cast­ing extrac­tion oper­a­tions. It can also be used for router­ing and large part/​long dis­tance part trans­fer for parts such as auto­mo­tive glass and sheet met­al stamp­ings. It allows man­u­fac­tur­ers to increase pro­duc­tiv­i­ty by dra­mat­i­cal­ly improv­ing machine uti­liza­tion up to 90 per­cent or greater.
