Motoman EPL80

The 5‑axis Motoman EPL80 is a high-speed robot designed specif­i­cal­ly for pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tions. The EPL80 NX100 has a wide, 360 degree work enve­lope that can ser­vice mul­ti­ple infeed con­vey­ors and a sin­gle pal­let load­ing station.

The Motoman EPL80 NX100 is a ded­i­cat­ed pal­letiz­ing robot with a wide work­ing enve­lope. The 5‑axis design does not use par­al­lel links for the low­er or upper arm, which elim­i­nates inter­fer­ence zones with­in the work enve­lope. Its fast axi­al speeds reduce cycle time and increase pro­duc­tion output.
