Both the new and used ES165RD DX100 is a six-axis, shelf-mount­ed robot. Man­u­fac­tur­ers can install the robot where it suits pro­duc­tion best. Excep­tion­al repeata­bil­i­ty, long hor­i­zon­tal and ver­ti­cal reach, and the abil­i­ty to be shelf-mount­ed allow the ES165RD to spot weld parts that might be inac­ces­si­ble to oth­er robots. Also, the ES165RD DX100 robot is the fastest shelf-mount­ed robot in its series.

For safe­ty, all six axes are equipped with brakes. Addi­tion­al­ly, the DX100 con­troller fea­tures a dual-chan­nel emer­gency stop push­but­tons and a man­u­al brake release. A cat­e­go­ry three func­tion­al safe­ty unit can also be inte­grat­ed in the ES165 RD for added safety.
