Because of this mount­ing style, the new and used ES200RD DX100 robot can per­form indus­tri­al appli­ca­tions low­er than oth­er robots. Its 200 kg max­i­mum pay­load capac­i­ty allows it to car­ry out not only spot weld­ing, but also oth­er heavy indus­tri­al appli­ca­tions, such as mate­r­i­al han­dling and press tending.

Reach and max­i­mum motion range have been improved in this shelf-mount­ed ES200 RD DX100. Ver­ti­cal mea­sures at 4,782 mm, and hor­i­zon­tal reach mea­sures at 3,140mm. The R- and T‑axes now have max­i­mum motion ranges of +/-360 degrees.
