Motoman HP3

The Motoman HP3 is a com­pact, high-speed robot with a small foot­print. Ide­al for instal­la­tion in small spaces, the HP3 NX100 offers supe­ri­or per­for­mance in small part appli­ca­tions such as assem­bly, dis­pens­ing, pack­ag­ing, mate­r­i­al han­dling, and machine tend­ing. It yields extra­or­di­nary pro­duc­tion results while requir­ing min­i­mal cap­i­tal investment.

The com­pact design of the new and used Motoman HP3 NX100 allows for it to be floor, wall, or ceil­ing-mount­ed. It has built-in col­li­sion avoid­ance fea­tures with mul­ti­ple robot con­trol to allow up to four robots to be used togeth­er. This max­i­mizes pro­duc­tiv­i­ty while reduc­ing over­all floor­space requirements.

The HP3 fea­tures the advanced NX100 con­troller. The NX100 high-per­for­mance con­troller fea­tures the easy-to-use INFORM II pro­gram­ming lan­guage and robust PC architecture. 

The option­al 5 kg pay­load and Moto­Sim sim­u­la­tion soft­ware add to the advan­tages of the HP3, which has the high­est speed in its class. This robot can also be paired with the NXC100 or the NXM100 controller.
