Motoman MA1800

If you need a high­er pay­load on your arc weld­ing robot for added flex­i­bil­i­ty, con­sid­er the MA1800 Motoman weld­ing robot. The MA1800 DX100 was designed exclu­sive­ly for arc weld­ing appli­ca­tions and includes inte­grat­ed torch cabling and high-per­for­mance Sig­ma ser­vo motors.

A gen­er­ous 15 kg pay­load is offered on the Motoman MA1800 for ver­sa­til­i­ty. This enables it to per­form non-weld­ing appli­ca­tions such as dis­pens­ing and han­dling. Cables and gas lines can be rout­ed through the robot base to the upper arm. A hol­low upper arm allows the MA1800 DX100 to max­i­mize weld per­for­mance through opti­mal bend­ing.
