The Motoman MH180 robot is a high speed mate­r­i­al han­dling robot that can be mount­ed on the floor. The advanced MH180 robot comes with the new DX200 con­troller and can han­dle a pay­load up to 180 kg! Its new design elim­i­nates coun­ter­bal­ance from the robot base, allow­ing for high­er accel­er­a­tion and speed that ulti­mate­ly reduces cycle time sub­stan­tial­ly. It is pre-wired for ser­vo grip­per which allows it to have a wider range in prod­uct han­dling. This robot is also capa­ble for machine tend­ing and press tend­ing.
