Motoman Arc Welding Robot Series

Motoman Arc Welding Robot Series

Motoman EA1800N

The Motoman welding robot EA1800N is the solution for arc welding large work pieces. This heavy payload manipulator is faster than most standard arc welding robots and allows for specialized sensors to be mounted near the torch. Internal cabling reduces interference and allows for better part access.

Range of motion in EA 1800N NX100 Motoman welding robots are expanded through the improved design of the B and T axes. A hollow upper arm optimizes the bend radius of the torch and prevents pinched and stretched cables. The higher payload of this arm allows for use in multiple applications, including dispensing and material handling.

The used Motoman EA1800N robot is also available for sale. The used EA1800N has undergone a very intense refurbishment process and includes the RobotWorx Value Package.

A ceiling / wall mounting option is available on the new and used EA-1800N, for additional flexibility.
