Fanuc M-430iA/2F

The Fanuc M‑430iA/​2F robot is a 5‑axis robot with USDA accep­tance. It has an IP67 rat­ing with a clean design and smooth sur­face fin­ish with no par­ti­cle reten­tion areas and resists bac­te­ria growth and rust. This Fanuc robot can with­stand dai­ly wash downs with acidic and alka­line food indus­try clean­ers and fea­tures food-grade grease. 

Designed for high-speed and per­for­mance in tight work­spaces, the Fanuc M‑430iA/​2F indus­tri­al robot is the ide­al pick­ing and pack­ing robot arm. It can be used for both pri­ma­ry (unpack­aged) and sec­ondary (pack­aged) food han­dling, as well as a host of oth­er han­dling applications. 

Fast axis speeds are manda­to­ry for pick­ing and pack­ing robots. The M‑430iA/​2F robot is capa­ble of 120 cycles per minute at 1 kg and 100 cycles per minute at 2 kg. Repeata­bil­i­ty is an impres­sive 0.5 mm at all speeds through­out the entire work enve­lope. This arm is paired with the R‑30iA con­troller and can be pro­grammed through the Fanuc iPen­dant. If desired, iRVi­sion can be added on for advanced applications.
