Fanuc ARC Mate 50iL

Suit­ed for arc weld­ing appli­ca­tions, this com­pact Fanuc ARC Mate 50iL weld­ing robot has six axes, ser­i­al link, and is elec­tric ser­vo dri­ven. Designed for high-speed flex­i­ble and reli­able per­for­mance, the ARC Mate 50iL is capa­ble of arc weld­ing, mate­r­i­al han­dling, and process appli­ca­tions. The Fanuc ARC Mate 50iL works with the Fanuc RJ2 or the RJ3 controller.

Addi­tion­al fea­tures include all motors and cables inter­nal­ly locat­ed to pro­tect them from the harsh weld­ing envi­ron­ment, com­pat­i­ble with all major brands of weld­ing equip­ment, inter­faces with most types of ser­vo dri­ven or index­ing posi­tion­ers. TI is evi­dent that the design of this small robot arm is opti­mized for reli­a­bil­i­ty. Cabling is rout­ed through the cen­ter of the axis to reduce inter­fer­ence and pro­tect the cables from the haz­ardous weld­ing environment.
