Motoman EA1900

Flex­i­ble automa­tion require­ments are cov­ered by the Motoman EA1900 robot­ic sys­tem. The EA1900 fea­tures a 1,893-mm (74.5 inch) hor­i­zon­tal reach and a 3,418-mm (134.6 inch) ver­ti­cal reach. Cir­cum­fer­en­tial weld­ing on cylin­dri­cal work pieces and opti­mum bend radius is pos­si­ble with the EA1900. The used Motoman EA1900 is also avail­able at Robots​.com. Any used EA1900 includes the Robots​.com Val­ue Pack­age and has under­gone an excel­lent refur­bish­ment process, bring­ing it back to like-new condition.

Min­i­mize wire feed prob­lems and opti­mize weld per­for­mance with the EA1900 Motoman weld­ing robot. The EA1900 uses the NX100 or the XRC controller.

The EA1900 effi­cient torch posi­tion­ing reduces cycle time. It has in-line shock sen­sor pro­tects TCP in case of col­li­sion. The inte­grat­ed cable design extends cable life 25 times longer.
