Motoman MH50 II-20

The pow­er­ful MH50 II-20 is a high speed robot that is per­fect for arc weld­ing, coat­ing, dis­pens­ing, mate­r­i­al cut­ting, and han­dling appli­ca­tions It has a 3,106 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach and a 5,585 mm ver­ti­cal reach. These long reach­es help expand the work enve­lope and cre­ate small inter­fer­ence zones which helps man­u­fac­tur­ers save work space as they can be placed close to oth­er equipment/​work pieces. 

The six-axis MH50 II-20 is built on reli­a­bil­i­ty and guar­an­teed to reduce cycle times as it has high-rigid­i­ty speed reduc­ers paired with high-speed motion. In addi­tion, the 20 kg pay­load and high iner­tia rat­ings make this robot the per­fect solu­tion for your heavy duty and large workloads. 

Cable and air­line life are expect­ed to be extend­ed with the design that routes them through the robot base to the upper arm. There is also a cable instal­la­tion tube in the robot base that enables the field­bus to be rout­ed to the upper arm or EOAT. These thought­ful designs also help to enhance safe­ty and reduce teach­ing time. 

Dif­fer­ent wall, floor, or ceil­ing mount­ing options are avail­able for the MH50 II-20. To make inte­gra­tion eas­i­er, there are also options to mount periph­er­al equip­ment in mul­ti­ple loca­tions. In addi­tion, the MH50 II-20 has an IP67-rat­ed wrist and an IP54-rat­ed body. As an addi­tion­al option the IP65-rat­ed body is avail­able with the foundry­hard­ened, eXtra Pro­tec­tion otpion.

The reli­able MH50 II-20 is paired with the DX200 controller.
