ABB IRB 2400L

Six axes and a large work enve­lope make help make the ABB IRB 2400L S4C max­i­mize effi­cien­cy to your arc weld­ing and machine tend­ing appli­ca­tions. The IRB 2400L works with a S4C, S4C+, or IRC5 controller.

With the IRB 2400L, cycle times will be short­ened, and this faster pro­duc­tion will not cause you to sac­ri­fice any of your pro­duc­tion qual­i­ty. Con­sis­tent part qual­i­ty is one of the many advan­tages of using the ABB IRB 2400 L.

This robot is ver­sa­tile enough to per­form all of the func­tions above, while also hav­ing the abil­i­ty to work in a vari­ety of dif­fer­ent envi­ron­ments. To keep the IRB 2400L at top per­for­mance, man­u­fac­tur­ers need to keep a reg­u­lar main­te­nance sched­ule, which includes using the prop­er grease and oil on the gears. The IRB 2400L uses Mobil­gear­lube X320 oil for all its axes.
