Fanuc ARC Mate 100iC/6L

The Fanuc ARC Mate 100 iC/​6L is a six axis weld­ing robot arm designed for pre­cise weld­ing and cut­ting appli­ca­tions. The extend­ed reach of 1,632 mil­lime­ters by the Fanuc ARC Mate 100iC 6L weld­ing robot allows easy access to large parts and com­plex tool­ing. This cre­ates a very large work area while also main­tain­ing its high speeds and slim wrist to help fit into small open­ings. The 100iC/​6L moves 15% faster than the oth­er robots in its class and can process large parts and com­plex tool­ing with­out wor­ry­ing about com­pro­mis­ing pro­duc­tiv­i­ty. With a 6 kilo­gram max­i­mum pay­load capac­i­ty, the ARC Mate 100iC/​6L robot allows for an arc weld­ing torch or oth­er light-weight end-of-arm-tool­ing to be attached to the weld­ing robot arm’s wrist. 

Pro­gram­ming is sim­pli­fied with ROBOT­GUIDE-Weld­Pro and Visi­ion Shift to help com­pen­sate for gaps. Addi­tion­al­ly, The ARC Mate 100iC/​6L is ready to see, sense, and sim­u­late with iRVi­sion and Col­li­sion Guard. The Fanuc ARC Mate 100iC is com­pat­i­ble with all major brands of weld­ing equip­ment and can be inter­faced with most types of ser­vo-dri­ven or index­ing positioners. 

There is an option of the R‑30iA or the R‑J3iC con­troller for this robot.
