ABB IRB 1600ID-4/1.55 Robot

ABB's IRB 1600ID (Integrated Dressing) model is designed for arc welding perfection. Internally routed cables and hoses make this robot easier to program, more flexible and compact.

Build with everything (arc welding, power, welding wire, shielding gas, and pressurized air) inside the arm, the ABB IRB 1600ID simplifies floor plans. Wires and hoses last longer with this protective configuration. The entire robot is safeguarded with an IP40 rating.

This 6-axis robot can be installed anywhere - floor, ceiling, or at an angle. The ABB IRB 1600ID's 1.5m maximum reach is wider because of its internal dressing. It provides a 4 kg payload.
