Unless otherwise specified, the customer must arrange and pay for an enclosed air-ride box truck. The truck must have an entrance that is at least 110 inches tall and wide enough to accommodate a forklift for loading and unloading the robot.
Oversized systems that require a flatbed truck must be weatherproofed with a heavy-duty plastic tarp. Extra charges for this option may apply.
For insurance purposes, customers must state "Extraordinary Value Declared" on the Bill of Lading, Shipper, and all other shipping documents. If damages are observed from shipping, customers should take pictures of the damage and contact RobotWorx and the shipping company before handling the system.
